| This might be a great piece but its about an inch or two two small. It's more like 9 foot by 9 foot. |

| The top was received in a timely manner and fits perfectly. However, the velcro straps to hold the sides are not nearly long enough to attach to the frame. Also, I had to install gromets on the corners in order to attach the finials. |

| This item was described as a replacement that was better fabric than the orginal. It faded in 2 months. Other than that, the fit was great. |

| I am on my 3rd replacement top and so far, other than the original one, this one fits my 10x10 the best. Fortunately, this product has 2 zippers on the tier opening for ease getting it around the tier top rods, mine seems to be longer that most. So I thought this was ingeneous and appreciate them adding that feature however it they would be 4 zippers in the top that would be ideal and mine would have fit like a glove. Its still a little snug and probably won't hold up because of the pull on the corners, but we'll see. Really, they should make all of the 10x10's a couple inches larger, it won't hurt a thing if its a little loose, but wehn too snug they wear quicker. Anyway, just got it up, did it by myself and took no time at all. Hopefully it will hold up for awhile against the Midwest windy storms. |

| I received this 7 days after ordering, so shipping was fairly quick. The fabric doesn't seem as good of quality as the original. I am expecting this to last the rest of this summer and maybe next summer. This did fit my current frame around the corners, but the second tier top did not fit my current framing and had to stretch it around the top to get it to fit. Also, my framing has studs sticking up on the corners where decorative tops are screwed on, the old canopy had holes in the corners to accommodate these studs, this one doesn't. I can't really fault this product for it not fitting my frame perfectly, as I did take a chance ordering this. I think next time I will just buy a whole new 10 x 10 kit that would have the frame/canopy included. The length of my frame from corner to corner is 9' 10". |
